We are extremely proud of all our chefs, who oversee our food production every step of the way, from development to dispatch.
We are also proud Malcolm has put his trust in us, requesting our executive chef Chris Bates
to join him on the Iceland Everest Expedition. Chris will be in charge of the food – or as we
like to call it Expedition Nutrition - for the team.
